Reservation & Cancellation Policies
UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST, a reservation agent will complete your final booking arrangements. Your credit card will not be billed until 48 hours before your activity’s scheduled departure time.
ONCE WE COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION, you will receive a final confirmation email which will contain your confirmation/voucher number and a copy of your itinerary. This will serve as your boarding pass. **Print your final email confirmation (or show a clear copy via a smart phone or similar device) and present it on the day of your activity.**
IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT SPACE IS UNAVAILABLE on your requested reservation date, we will contact and coordinate with you to determine an alternate date. If an alternate date does not fit your schedule you will not be charged for your reservation.
YOU MAY REBOOK OR CANCEL YOUR ACTIVITY up to 48 hours in advance of the activity departure time without penalty. Simply email us at email@example.com to cancel. See our Iron Clad Worry Free Reservation Guarantee. You will receive a cancellation number to confirm your reservation has been canceled. **Until you receive a cancellation number your reservation is still considered active.**
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED 48 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled activity’s departure time.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ACTIVITY LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE the scheduled activity departure time or if you fail to appear at the designated time for the activity, you will be charged for the full price of the activity.
IF THE RARE CASE YOUR ACTIVITY MUST BE CANCELED or postponed due to poor weather conditions or other unforeseeable events, you will be contacted by phone and you may either reschedule for an alternate time based on space availability or receive a full refund. If you opt for a refund, your credit card will be reimbursed in full usually by the close of the next business day.
